    According to the Ministry of Health guidelines, only those with vaccination certificates (green ticket, one week post-second vaccination) or certificates of recovery are permitted to stay as guests.

    Children under the age of 16 are obligated to present a negative Covid-19 test which was carried out up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

    CANCELLATION POLICY 

    Until the 25.3.2021, Isrotel will carry out a flexible cancellation policy which will allow you to reserve vacations without worries. In keeping with this policy, reservation cancellation will be permitted until up to 4 days prior to arrival – with no cancellation fee.

    FOLLOWING THE GUIDELINES

    Isrotel's hotels are known for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the rooms and public areas even during normal times. During this period, we are organized in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines and beyond that, take significant steps to protect your health. These steps will give you peace of mins in order to allow you to enjoy a safe, calm vacation experience in Isrotel's hotels.

     

    FREQUENCY AND METHOD OF CLEANING ROOMS AND PUBLIC SPACES 

    The cleaning crew have been increased significantly. During your stay the frequency of the cleaning will be particularly high, with particular emphasis on sterilization not only of rooms but also in the public spaces such as the reception desk, elevators, public bathrooms and more, throughout all hours of the day.

     

    TYPE AND QUALITY OF THE CLEANING PRODUCTS

    We have switched the cleaning and sterilization products for materials which have been examined and found appropriate for addressing various viruses and bacteria. We have not only taken care to change the cleaning products for the rooms and public areas but also those used in the hotel laundry as well as those in use at the external laundries employed by the hotel.

    TRAINING FOR THE VARIOUS STAFF OF THE HOTEL

    In order to prepare for the new reality, hotel employees have undergone targeted training, with emphasis places on new, stringent regulations regarding hygiene. Within this framework, for example, the cleaners in the rooms will wear new gloves upon entering each new room, while knocking on and opening doors will occur only with gloved hands, as will delivery of towels or any other request by the guest.

    MINIMIZING GATHERINGS AND ENSURING GUEST SAFETY 

    In order to facilitate an enjoyable vacation while best protecting your health, and in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines, we have come up with a series of solutions in order to minimize the number of guests in the common areas at one time. Within this framework, dining rooms will work according to a number of cycles and some meals will be made available in the rooms.

    AIR QUALITY IN THE ROOMS AND PUBLIC SPACES

    We have equipped all air conditioning systems with advanced filters which preserve the air quality so you can breath safely whether you are sitting in the lobby or relaxing in your room.
